Diet and exercise alone is not enough if you want to lose weight. About two years ago, I had a battle of fighting over obesity. I workout so hard in the gym and I also watch what I eat. I have lost a few pounds but I wasn’t satisfied. So I went to my doctor for advised. She told me to take diet supplements to lose quicker. Wow, in just months, I have lost another pounds and the scale keeps dropping off.
